I offer a safe space for you to explore whatever you bring into the room. In my experience, people feel most comfortable when their experience is validated, they are given space to explore and reflect without judgement, and are celebrated as their authentic selves. Therapy should be a supportive experience where you journey from one place to another - that can look like suffering to acceptance, chaos to order, distress to calm, or confusion to understanding.
